Returns Policy

We want you to love what you find in The Rare Room. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This applies to all customers worldwide.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were sent - unworn, unaltered, and with any original packaging included.

How to Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us first so we can confirm the return and provide instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or significantly not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrectly Described Items

If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a full refund including return postage.

Vintage Condition

All items in The Rare Room are vintage or antique. Age-related wear - light patina, minor surface marks, small signs of use - is considered normal and is part of what makes each piece unique. We describe condition honestly and photograph every item carefully, so please read listings thoroughly before purchasing.

Returns based on general dislike of vintage condition (where condition was accurately described) fall outside our standard policy, but we're always happy to discuss.
