Shipping Policy

At The Rare Room, we take care to pack and ship every order with the same attention that goes into sourcing our rare finds. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for special items, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days) with full online tracking.

International Shipping

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked with full online tracking and delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Rates are based on Royal Mail Online Prices (valid from April 2026) and include packaging. Exact rates are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. UK orders can be tracked at royalmail.com. International orders include full online tracking with delivery confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@ecomlana.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
