We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@ecomlana.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return postage
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, significantly damaged, or if you received the wrong item — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases where an item arrives not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All items are vintage or pre-owned and sold as described — please read the listing carefully, including the condition notes and photographs, before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition as received, and you will need proof of purchase. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was not as described.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@ecomlana.com.
