A 1920s Art Deco chainmail mesh purse with a painted floral design in soft pinks and greens across the body. The kiss-lock frame has a beaded decorative border, and two deep blue glass cabochons sit on the clasp catch. The bottom hem is cut in a stepped geometric fringe — a detail typical of the Art Deco period.

The interior is lined in cream fabric, showing light age but structurally sound. A short flat-link chain of approximately 38 cm allows it to hang from the wrist or forearm.
