Fusiliers regiment shoulder titles in subdued olive are not often found loose — they usually stay on the uniform.
A woven cloth shoulder title reading "FUSILIERS" in black Gothic lettering on olive green fabric, with overstitched borders on both long edges. The subdued colouring — black text on olive rather than bright regimental colours — places this in the era of tactical dress, when British Army insignia shifted away from bright distinctions for field use.
The reverse is plain unbleached olive cloth, showing the construction clearly. Loose threads on the edges are consistent with removal from a garment.
A small piece with a specific appeal — it works framed alongside other military ephemera, pinned to a notice board of regimental memorabilia, or stored flat in a collector's archive.
