Banded agate in this warm amber-brown tone is not something you see every day set in gold-tone.
A 1970s teardrop pendant in gold-tone metal with a cross-hatched engine-turned frame. The central stone is a large faceted pear-shaped banded agate — translucent amber and honey-brown layers with depth. Four small silver-tone prong settings hold the stone in place. No chain is included; the V-bail fits a standard chain.
The gold-tone frame has a radiating engine-turned finish that gives it a deliberate, almost architectural quality — more structured than the typical 1970s bohemian pendant.
The pendant is compact enough to wear on a fine chain at the collar or on a longer chain layered over a dress or blouse. The warm stone colour works naturally against neutrals and earth tones. Pendant only — no chain included.
