Vintage 1980s Gold-Tone Teal Green Glass Rhinestone Statement Necklace Signed

Two rows of stones, and every one of them still catches the light the same way.

A statement collar necklace from the 1980s, set in gold-tone metal. The upper row carries large faceted teal green glass stones; the lower row alternates clear rhinestones between them. The stones are prong-set in an open-back construction that was typical of better-quality costume pieces of the period.

The necklace closes with a lobster clasp and has a 5 cm extender chain for fit adjustment. An oval maker's tag with a stylised letter A is stamped on the extender — a signature mark, maker currently unidentified.

The collar length and two-row construction make this piece assertive enough to wear alone — it fills the neckline completely. Works well over a plain crew neck or V-neck, or against a collarless jacket. The teal and gold combination reads well in both warm and cool palettes.
