The stepped bow silhouette and red enamel fill are textbook Art Deco — this form is hard to find in clean condition.
A geometric bow brooch in gold-tone metal with red enamel panels filling the stepped, tiered wings. The design is built around bilateral symmetry, an angular stepped outline, and rows of raised domed studs running along the central spine.
The construction is solid: a stamped back plate with a roll-over pin clasp. No maker's mark visible.
The proportions are long and narrow — 4 cm end to end, only 1 cm at the widest — so it sits neatly on a collar, shirt placket, or coat lapel without overwhelming the fabric. Works for day or evening; the red and gold read bolder under artificial light.
